We’re excited to welcome Crust and Co Pizza, Eat Like a Greek and Different Gravy, three brilliant local traders bringing serious flavour to The Mad Giant Foodhall, plus one more food trader still to announce.

We're Crust+Co, a small pizzeria with a big heart, proudly born in Garstang. Over the past year we've had an incredible time serving up wood-fired pizzas from our charming converted horse box at pop-ups and private events. What a year it's been! Now, we're thrilled to be starting the next chapter with our very first permanent home in the Mad Giant food hall. It's a huge adventure for us, and we can't wait to fire up the ovens, welcome you in, and share our love of proper pizza with even more of you.
