MEXICAN INSPIRED STREET FOOD
Founded by the Khonje brothers, Todo Tacos is a modern Mexican-inspired street food concept. The brand blends authentic Mexican inspiration with bold, modern flavours, serving birria tacos, quesadillas, loaded nachos, fried chicken tacos, slow-cooked meats and house-made sauces, all designed to deliver an enticing, flavour packed experience.
Todo Tacos focuses on premium ingredients, rich flavours and visually appealing food that stands out from its competitors. Inspired by the creativity of Miami’s late night food culture and Mexico’s street food heritage, the concept is designed to bring fun, flavour and atmosphere to every order.
PATTY SHACK
AMERICAN STREET FOOD
Founded by the Khonje brothers, Patty Shack is a modern smash burger and fried chicken concept inspired by several trips across the USA and a love for the iconic American food culture. Patty Shack combines premium ingredients, crispy fried chicken, handcrafted smash burgers and indulgent comfort food into an unforgettable street food experience.
Now based here at the Mad Giant, Patty Shack focus especially on big flavour, quick service and highly visual food. From juicy smash burgers, to tender crispy chicken, to signature sauces and fresh-made gravy, the brand is built around creating food that people genuinely crave and want to come back for.
WIGGLES PIZZA
Neapolitan-style pizzas
Wiggles Pizza serves Neapolitan-style pizzas, made with a soft, airy dough and a light, pillowy crust with a slightly charred finish. Their pizzas focus on simple, premium toppings and balanced flavours, making them fresh, full of flavour and easy to enjoy.
Originating as a mobile-based catering service across Greater Manchester, Wiggles have served high-quality pizzas for private events, corporate functions and public gatherings. Their focus is on fresh ingredients, fast service and a fun, interactive experience where guests can enjoy pizzas prepared on site. Wiggles Pizza also supports brand activations and special events, creating engaging food experiences that bring everyone together.
AYUBOWAN
Sri Lankan STREET FOOD
Ayubowan Street Food brings the vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka to Preston, serving authentic street food inspired by traditional family recipes and some of Sri Lanka’s most loved dishes. From iconic Kothtu and rich rice & curry plates to bold devil dishes, crispy chicken rolls, and Parriphphu Vadai, the menu is all about big flavours, warming spices, and genuine Sri Lankan hospitality.
The street food concept is part of the wider Ayubowan Restaurant family, which first launched in Glossop in 2013 before expanding to Halifax. Building on that foundation, Ayubowan Street Food launched in Sheffield in 2021 and has since grown across the North, with locations in Bradford’s Darley Street Market, Crewe Market Hall, and Doncaster’s Wool Market. Now, we’re excited to bring our authentic Sri Lankan street food experience to Preston as part of Mad Giant’s new vendor lineup.
