We’re excited to welcome Crust and Co Pizza, Eat Like a Greek and Different Gravy, three brilliant local traders bringing serious flavour to The Mad Giant Foodhall, plus one more food trader still to announce.

Different Gravy is flipping the script on comfort food. Born from a lightbulb moment over IKEA meatballs, Dylan & Demitri are on a mission to make gravy the main event — not just a side. Our gravies are made for dunking, drizzling and downright demolishing with bold, playful flavours like Guinness, Birria and Miso, all paired with dippable delights, from roasties to French dip sandwiches. It's hearty, it's rich, and it's best enjoyed with a pint.

CRUST + CO

We're Crust+Co, a small pizzeria with a big heart, proudly born in Garstang. Over the past year we've had an incredible time serving up wood-fired pizzas from our charming converted horse box at pop-ups and private events. What a year it's been! Now, we're thrilled to be starting the next chapter with our very first permanent home in the Mad Giant food hall. It's a huge adventure for us, and we can't wait to fire up the ovens, welcome you in, and share our love of proper pizza with even more of you.
